What if I can't make the session?
Recordings will be available to all members in the group, and you’ll still have unlimited email access to Matthew to ask questions.
What if I start late? Will you prorate the fee?
You can join a group late if you wish, but the fee is the same.
My restaurant company has multiple owners. Will a single membership give each of us access?
Membership is per owner — not per restaurant company. Each owner will need to register and pay separately.
What is the refund policy?
If we cannot place you in a group for any reason, we will refund your fee. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable, but you can choose not to renew your membership at the end of the quarter.
If there’s a price increase in membership, will I be charged extra?
No. The price you paid is locked in for you until the point that you cancel. We look after our long-standing members.
