FAQs
What if I can't make the session?
Recordings will be available to all members in the group, and you’ll still have unlimited email access to Matthew to ask questions.
My restaurant company has multiple owners. Will a single membership give each of us access?
Membership is per owner — not per restaurant company. Each owner will need to register and pay separately.
What is the refund policy?
We will refund your fee if we cannot place you in the group for any reason. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable, but you can choose not to renew your membership at the end of the quarter.
Since early 2020, when the Success Club started, not a single member has asked for their money back!
If there’s a price increase in membership, will I be charged extra?
No. The price you paid is locked in for you until the point that you cancel. We look after our long-standing members.
