At Texas Restaurant Association Marketplace this weekend – on Sunday, July 11, I will present a rapid-fire brainstorming education session:
“I’m Still Standing. The Pandemic Kicked My Restaurant’s Ass.”
I will be on the show floor’s Big Bend Ideas Stage at 10:30 AM on Sunday, July 11, with a great group who are coming together to share the biggest lessons learned over the past year.
As we put the restaurant crisis aspect of the pandemic behind us – and after all we’ve been through – restaurant owners do best by sticking together.
The pandemic was no time to go it alone. Neither is the recovery.
With all the changes in our industry, I want you to avoid the trap of falling back into old routines and habits just because you no longer deal with the same Groundhog Day/Palm Springs crisis at work all day every day.
After my session, you will have clarity on actions to take when you return to your restaurants.
Remember to bring your thoughts and questions!
TRA Marketplace 2021
Texas Restaurant Association Marketplace will take place, live and in person, at San Antonio’s Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center from July 10-12. Register here.
It’s the biggest restaurant show in the country this year, and one of the first trade shows out of the gate. With dining rooms filling up and comp sales up compared to pre-pandemic levels, it is time to invest in yourself and your business and prepare to take advantage of the post-pandemic restaurant boom.
See you this weekend!
