What Top Restaurant Owners Do on Holiday Break 2021

My clients’ activity over the next two weeks varies from taking time off with friends and family at home (or traveling), to going to a mostly empty office for some time to think – to spending mealtimes at their restaurants to greet and appreciate guests and staff.

However you decide to spend special time, my wish for you is to use the space of the holiday season to reflect, have fun, and do those things you could not find time for during an active 2021. 

During the holiday season please remember all the amazing things you achieved this year and how talented and inquisitive you are.

Make time for yourself and your family over the next two weeks and appreciate the positive things in your life.
