Meet Me This Weekend at the Texas Restaurant Show!

At Texas Restaurant Show this weekend at the George R. Brown convention center in Houston – on Sunday, July 20, I’ve been asked to speak on two different topics.  First, “Increasing Your Restaurants Performance”, presented by restaurantowner.com where I will talk about the most powerful basic strategies now – addressing people, numbers, menu, tech and growth related issues.  The talk takes place at 12:30 PM on the Profit Lab stage on the show floor.

Then I catch my breath and do my stretches before a 1:45 PM panel on the same stage as part of an all-star team talking about “Give It the Gas: Growing Your Business, Your People and Your Profits TODAY”. This deeper dive into business growth strategies for 2025 looks at finance, real estate, and people.

Remember to bring your thoughts and questions!

Speaking at the Texas Restaurant Show is a regular routine for me and has allowed me to meet and help so many restaurateurs over the years. Whether you are on the fence or procrastination is your style, it is not too late to make plans to attend the second largest restaurant show in the country, and join 5,500 operators who learn, network, and have some fun outside of the show floor.  Register here

And if you would like to meet me in person at the show and have a 15 minute conversation about your restaurants and how to make them better, or how to set them up to give you more personal freedom, click reply to this email and we will set a time.

See you this weekend in Houston!
